About Vanoil Completion Systems
More than 150 years
combined experience has given VANOIL COMPLETION SYSTEMS the experience needed
to manufacture gas lift valves and side pocket mandrels using the latest
technology available while maintaining a consistent quality, which is second to
none.
Customer satisfaction through engineering, equipment design, in process
inspection, final inspection and timely deliveries is a way of life at VANOIL
COMPLETION SYSTEMS.
A quality assurance program is enforced through all the phase of manufacturing
to ensure a high precision product. The products undergo numerous tests and
checks by trained quality personnel. Parts are dimensionally checked prior to
being assembled into the finished product and an in process inspection ensures
that design specifications are being followed.
Complete traceability is maintained on all components throughout manufacturing,
and any additional quality inspection requirements such as radiograph
inspection and ultrasonic inspections may be performed upon customer's request.
