Injection Pressure Operated Gas Lift Valves

VANOIL COMPLETION SYSTEMS R-1, R-1BL, and R-2 wireline retrievable pressure operated gas lift valves are 1” outside diameter valves used for continuous and
intermittent lift.

The R-1 is a 1” outside diameter valve and may be used in any manufacturer’s side pocket mandrel that has a 1”
receiver pocket using a top latch. The R-1BL is a 1” outside diameter valve with an
integral bottom latch.

The R-2 is a 1-1/2” outside diameter valve used in side pocket mandrel with a 1-1/2” receiver pocket using a top latch.

All valves include a reverse flow check as an integral part. These checks have a dual seating system using an elastomer seal as the first seal and a metal-to-metal seal as a secondary seal.
