A quality assurance program is enforced through all the phases of manufacturing to ensure a high precision product. The products undergo numerous tests and checks by trained quality personnel. Parts are dimensionally checked prior to being assembled into the finished product and an in process inspection ensures that design specifications are being followed.
Complete traceability is maintained on all components throughout manufacturing, and any additional quality inspection requirements such as radiograph inspection and ultrasonic inspections may be performed upon customer’s request.
